City and Rent or Suburbs and Buy
If you live in a small space in a city then you need to used shared services because of the cost of space. So you will sign up for memberships or rent space/equipment for gym, sport fields, movie theatre, etc.
If you live in a larger space further away from the city you can buy and own(ership) everything you need.
